Balancing Babies and firm

No.1 Article of Music Teacher Supplies

This must be one of the oldest questions that most women have to ask themselves, " How can I work and still take care of my babies?" Women are plainly wired to be emotionally attached to their children's well being. It is no easy task to leave your babies, toddlers or preschoolers behind in a daycare setting and then drive off to a job site or work location. Can any mum legitimately trust other to care for her children with the same loving care that she would give? Some would speedily write back yes, but I think it might be in an effort to convince themselves, and not me. There is a great way: work from home.

A home company affords a mum to be with her children all day. She can supply the care that her heart so longs to give. No more getting up with the sun to arouse sleeping children awake to be driven to the daycare provider's house. No more getting that dreaded phone call that your child is sick and needs to be picked up immediately. No more being torn in the middle of an obligatory weekend company meeting and your son's ball game. No more missed Parent-Teacher meetings. No more exhaustion from needing to be in not just two, but three places at the same time!

With a home company you can select the hours and the days you work. You can work colse to the children's schedules by working when they are in school or when they take their naps (You might want a nap, too, but have a cup of tea or coffee instead!) I homeschool my 6 children. I have set my schedule to take all phone calls after 1pm when our school day is over. I work for a join of hours then take a break to put in order dinner, take children to music lessons, call for chores to be done, or stop for hugs and kisses! After dinner I am back in my bedroom/office where I work for a join more hours.

I have found that if I work all day without a schedule, I get petite done, though it sure feels like I was busy. Dani Johnson, a well-known success coach, verifies with her own example of how she trimmed and compacted her work hours, and her operation and paycheck grew by leaps and bounds.

A home company offers you training and personal development that will supply the intellectual challenges you seek. This training provides growth in character and polish in your personality. Without much effort you will be groomed into a leader who will attract dozens of people who want to have the success and belief that you radiate.

When can you do this training while caring for your children? You do it in bite size, manageable pieces. Listen to tapes while driving in the car to drop or pick up children. Commit to reading 10 pages a day of a motivational book. At the end of a year, you will have read 3650 pages! That is an accomplishment to be proud of! (I read a modern statistic that said the majority of Americans don't even read 1 book a year!!! You will have read about 10.) I listen to a live nationwide training call on the speaker phone while I am establishment dinner. I even squeeze in a quick training while I am getting dressed in the morning.

What all this training does for your mind is give you belief and self-esteem. It will open up your eyes and mind to new opportunities to help other people. One prosperous someone I know has coined the phrase, 'lifestyle marketing'. This means you work your company as you go about your day. When you go to a store or shop to run your normal errands, ask if the supervision or owner could use your product/service. While shopping or watching your children playing in a park, keep your eyes open for the chance to talk with other mother. In casual conversation you can be listening for key words or phrases that will let you know she would be open to hearing about your business. Looking peers who are in the same lifestyle as you is known as niche marketing. If you are a beautician, talk to other beauticians. If you are a painter, talk to other painters. If you are a stay-at-home mom, talk to other mothers. They may want that free time just as much as you did. You can show them the way.

It is leading to dress for success and walk the part of being a rising star in the company world. people will look at you and judge your success by what they see. As a mum colse to children, try to dress in clean, comfortable, casual clothes.

If you are used to company lunches and miss that adult aspect of the working world, attend room mixers and engage in discussions over cocktails and appetizers. Your company's conventions and events will allow you the chance to still engage in the company world's happenings. Go to each event and 'rub elbows' with the leaders. Their success and clear energy is contagious.

Just the other day, I was bemoaning the fact that I want more success than what I currently enjoy. I let my mind rove and gasped when I realized I approximately blamed my children and their needs for keeping me from rising higher in my company. It is for and because of my children that I do work at home. Let us keep our priorities straight: house all the time needs to come first. We only have our children with us for such a brief time to give them a firm foundation that will guide and preserve them. company will all the time be there. Try scheduling some time to work colse to your children and you will find everyone much happier, most of all, yourself!
